New Life Coaching is a portal for conducting online coaching activities as well as live opportunities for participants in the vicinity of administrator’s physical location in western Oklahoma. The website address is: https://new-life-coaching.com.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Plans on 5.16.19 are to place blogs, forums and YouTube videos on this site and to enable comments. Participants are encouraged to use discretion in their remarks and to respect their own and others privacy and confidentiality. Thank you in advance for any positive reports about this site or our work together.
A coaching relationship is initiated by scheduling a free conference call and then electing to become a client by filling out the INTAKE FORM, scheduling and paying for a session or monthly retainer fee. The Intake Form is considered highly confidential and should be faxed through 888-344-9087 (hosted through a secure service).
An earnest attempt has been made to identify linked services for cost-effective, private scheduling, client information to be utilized in coaching which may include teleconferencing and texting. More about these vehicles can be found in the AGREEMENT.
The INTAKE form contains questions to help your practitioner provide optimal service. They are to be faxed to 888-344-9087. This number is hosted by SRFax which offers encryption and other safeguards to ensure privacy.

As of 5.14.19 the owner of this site has manually embedded html codes (or receptors for codes) that interface a WordPress shell with the following services: Square, Pcloud, Doxy.me and Elementor. A list of current plugins (most of which are not associated with data collection) may made available on request.
Embedded content from other websites behave in the exact same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.
Who we share your data with
No data voluntarily provided by clients on intake forms or other self directed conveyance are made available to any third party. See AGREEMENT for extraordinarily rare exceptions such as a court order or seperate agreements involving groups or collectivies voluntarily consenting to participate in a service promotion.
How long we retain your data
Data voluntarily provided by client’s in alignment with coaching services may be kept indefinitely in a secure location.
What rights you have over your data
Any client who wishes to discuss a pathway for the removal of information from client file may contact owner of site or designee.
Where we send your data
Unless a client provides written authorization to send data to a third party, there is no design willfully orchestrated by this practitioner to send data to any source outside this practice. As indicated in other sections of this Privacy Disclosure Notification, there are third party tools that collect superficial visitor data for various tracking purposes. Such information is not protected.

Physical location is private property owned by practitioner in a small, law abiding community in western Oklahoma. It houses hard copy information in designated area(s) and limits incidental data on electronic devices.

Physical source containing information is not conspicuous. Electronic sources are protected by undisclosed means.
What data breach procedures we have in place
If data breach is known by administrator, then Internet Provider will be notified and a good faith attempt to identify culprit(s) and recover information will be made.
What third parties we receive data from
See embedded content section. As of 5.14.19 no client solicitation service has been employed and there are no plans to utilize such services other than the prospect of promoting business through social media channels such as Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
As of 5.14.19, the only decision making model contemplated is responding to direct inquiries from visitors and to reach out through social media advertising targeted towards individuals and populations that have indicated interest in coaching services.
Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
The Coaching industry is largely unregulated. Participating with clinical social worker credentials offers a higher degree of security to clients and website visitors. Though not considered a mandatory requirement for coaching, some client communication tools explicitly meet HIPPA standards of confidentiality (SRFax and Doxy.me) and others are deemed to have higher than average security features and are permitted for client convenience. Coaching clients are NOT considered to be patients subject to higher levels of data protection prescribed by HIPPA. Individuals, families and collectivities served as patients are provided for under the domain of New Life Counseling
. This separate business model is generally local, within 45 miles of administrator’s physical location.
